Nigeria Unveils Squad for 2025 ITTF African Championships with Taiwo Mati's Return

Mati, who plays professionally in Europe, earned his spot with a strong performance in the 2025 West Regional Championships. The squad also includes top players like Quadri Aruna and Olajide Omotayo.

The women's team features promising talents like Favour Ojo and Aishat Rabiu. Mati's comeback adds depth to the team aiming for success in the continental event, which serves as a qualifier for the 2026 ITTF World Team Championships in London.
