Nigerian Table Tennis Stars Rise in ITTF Rankings, Aruna Leads Africa

Nigerian table tennis stars, including Matthew Kuti and Muizz Adegoke, have seen improved rankings in the latest ITTF World Rankings. Veteran player Quadri Aruna remains the best in Africa, holding the 25th position globally.

Adegoke moved up five places to 237th, while other Nigerian players like Abdulbasit Abdulfatai and Olajide Omotayo also made progress. The rankings reflect a positive shift for Nigerian table tennis ahead of the ITTF African Championships in Tunis.

Aruna continues to lead the African continent, with Egypt's Omar Assar and Youssef Abdelaziz trailing behind. The upward movement in rankings signals a renewed momentum for Nigerian table tennis on the global stage.
