MFM Celebrates Shared Birthdays of Dr. Olukoya and Wife

The Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries (MFM) held a thanksgiving celebration on Wednesday to honor the shared birthdays of its General Overseer, Dr. Daniel Olukoya, who turned 69, and his wife, Pastor Shade Olukoya, who marked her 59th birthday.

The event took place at the church's international headquarters in Yaba, Lagos, attracting hundreds of church workers, family members, and friends. The two-day celebration began on Tuesday and featured gospel music from Pastor Adeyinka Alaseyori, alongside thanksgiving sessions and goodwill messages.

Although anticipated, gospel singer Nathaniel Bassey did not perform. Senior Pastor of the church's youth ministry, Chief Operating Officer Afaha Akpan, praised the couple for their significant contributions to the church and community over the past 25 to 26 years.

Pastor Shade Olukoya was recognized for her role in empowering women and supporting youth within the ministry. The event underscored the couple's lasting influence and the transformative nature of their ministry.
