The analysis shows a predominance of Nigerian-used cars compared to foreign-used cars, known as Tokunbo.

For instance, Cars45 lists a locally used 2004 Toyota Corolla at approximately ₦3.49 million, with other models ranging up to ₦9.56 million. The Toyota Camry also has options below ₦10 million, with listings for 2009 models around ₦5.4 million to ₦5.57 million.

Honda Accords can be found starting at ₦2.28 million for a 2003 model, while Hyundai's Elantra offers models like a 2009 version at ₦3.26 million. However, buyers seeking newer Tokunbo models may need to increase their budgets significantly, as a 2017 Corolla is listed at ₦18.56 million.
