PDP Chairman Criticizes Defectors to APC in Ogun State

The PDP chairman in Ogun State, Abayomi Tella, expressed dissatisfaction with members who defected to the APC, labeling them as mere onlookers within the ruling party. Notably, former PDP chairman Sikirulai Ogundele and others who had joined the APC in July 2025 have now returned to the PDP.

Tella warned that the APC may not fully integrate these defectors into the party's power struggles. Despite this, the PDP remains open to welcoming back prominent figures like Governor Dapo Abiodun and former Governor Ibikunle Amosun to strengthen the party's position in Ogun State.
