Mr Eazi Shares Regret Over Mother's Absence at Performances

Nigerian music star Oluwatosin Ajibade, known as Mr Eazi, revealed his biggest regret regarding his late mother, Pastor Mrs Ifeoma Edith Ajibade, during an appearance on the Brut Podcast. He lamented that she never had the chance to see him perform live on stage before her death on March 6, 2025.

Mr Eazi described his mother as a conservative woman who was uncomfortable with traveling, even for short distances like between Lagos and Accra. Despite his extensive travels for concerts worldwide, she remained supportive from home through her prayers.

He emphasized that her absence at his performances is a painful memory, although he cherished the emotional support she provided throughout his career. Additionally, Mr Eazi mentioned that his father watched him perform live only once, in 2017, but continues to support him by congratulating him on new releases and projects.

The influence of both parents has been significant in his life and career.
