Ministry Postpones NAFEST 2025 Amid Security Concerns

The Ministry of Information and Culture, led by Minister Hannatu Musa Musawa, has decided to defer the 2025 National Festival of Arts and Culture (NAFEST) in Enugu State due to prevailing security challenges across the country. The Ministry aims to ensure that NAFEST, a significant cultural event, is held in a time when the nation's mood aligns with its values.

Despite the postponement, the Ministry remains committed to promoting culture and will announce a new date after consulting with relevant stakeholders.
