Tinubu Inaugurates Akinwumi Ajibola Street in Abuja

On Wednesday, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu inaugurated the newly constructed Akinwumi Ajibola Street covering areas IL 16, 18, and 19 in Gaduwa District, Abuja. During the event, attended by Senate President Godswill Akpabio and FCT Minister Nyesom Wike, Tinubu emphasized that his administration is focused on delivering results rather than merely occupying space.

He noted that despite families building homes in Gaduwa, there was previously no motor road to access them. Tinubu stated that there are no excuses for delays and urged timely project completion to improve urban mobility, property values, and reduce vehicle damage.

He commended the FCT Minister for changing the culture of project delivery and ensuring that no resident is left behind. Wike also expressed appreciation for the collaborative efforts that led to the successful completion of the street project, marking a significant milestone in the ongoing transformation of the Federal Capital Territory.
