The National Agency for the Control of AIDS (NACA) partners with Bauchi religious leaders to integrate HIV/AIDS education into weekly sermons, emphasizing the critical role of religious leaders in influencing attitudes and behaviors towards HIV/AIDS. Tobia John, the NACA North East Zonal Coordinator, highlights the need for preventive measures, including the correct use of condoms, to combat the rise of infections and discrimination.

The workshop aims to strengthen the knowledge and capacity of religious leaders to support national efforts to end AIDS by 2030.
