NAFSA Urges Zero-Tolerance Regime for Unruly Passenger Behavior at Nigerian Airports

In a letter to Festus Keyamo, the Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, NAFSA highlighted the dangers posed by disruptive conduct, citing recent incidents involving high-profile individuals like Comrade Adam Oshiomhole and Kwam 1.

NAFSA emphasized the importance of consistent enforcement of regulations to deter such behavior and ensure airport security. The association recommended stricter enforcement, training for airport staff, and improved conflict de-escalation measures to prevent disruptions, especially during peak travel periods.
