NAHCO Secures FlyGabon Deal, Expands Cargo Operations

Nigerian Aviation Handling Company (NAHCO) has signed a new contract with FlyGabon, expanding its operations in the cargo logistics market, particularly for solar cell exports to the United States, set to commence in January 2026. This agreement coincides with FlyGabon’s expansion into the Nigerian market, aiming to strengthen air connections across West, Central, and Southern Africa.

NAHCO also announced the renewal of contracts with Qatar Airways for three years, Saudi Airlines for five years, and ASKY Airlines for an additional three years. The company has begun facilitating exports of solar cells through its partnership with BGE Nigeria Solar FZE, with shipments expected to include major international carriers such as Lufthansa, Ethiopian Airlines, Turkish Airlines, and DHL, handling freight ranging from 20 to 50 tons.

Sahe Lasisi, the Group Executive Director of Commercial Business Development, emphasized the strong endorsement of NAHCO's service quality, while Olumuyiwa Olumekun, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, reiterated the company’s commitment to technological innovation and operational discipline.
