Naira gains N0.14 against dollar at official window

The Nigerian currency, the Naira, showed signs of recovery as it gained N0.14 against the American dollar at the official window, according to data from the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN). The Naira closed at N411.14 to a dollar, representing a gain from the previous day's rate of N411.1.

However, on the black market, the Naira remained flat against the dollar at N1 to 1. The Naira also gained N5 against the British Pound but lost N5 against the Canadian dollar.

The Euro remained flat against the Naira. These fluctuations in the exchange rates highlight the ongoing volatility in the Nigerian currency market.
