NAPS President Omooba Promises Inclusive Leadership

Comrade Jimoh Ibrahim Omooba has been elected as the President of the National Association of Polytechnic Students (NAPS). In a statement he signed and shared with journalists, he extended a hand of fellowship to all contestants and stakeholders from the recent elections, emphasizing the importance of unity and collaboration for the advancement of the association.

Omooba stated, “The campaign is over; the work has begun,” and reaffirmed his commitment to the association's growth, focusing on five cardinal pillars: Welfare & Advocacy, Educational Reform & Policy Engagement, Unity & Institutional Strengthening, Capacity Building & Empowerment, and Strategic Partnerships & Innovation. He expressed gratitude to all supporters and stakeholders for their confidence in him, stating that the victory belongs to every student who shares the vision of a stronger NAPS.

Omooba pledged to lead an inclusive, transparent, accountable, and result-oriented administration that will elevate the association and defend the interests of polytechnic students.
