APC Group Urges Tinubu to Address Senator Wadada's Tactics

The Nasarawa People Mandate Group has called on President Bola Tinubu and APC leaders to address the actions of Senator Wadada, who they allege is employing intimidation and blackmail against other gubernatorial aspirants within the party. In a statement issued on Tuesday, signed by Emmanuel Zachari and Ahmad Umar, the group warned that Wadada's tactics could lead to chaos within the APC and jeopardize the party's chances in the upcoming elections.

They emphasized that every citizen has the constitutional right to pursue political aspirations without fear of hindrance. The group urged Tinubu to ensure that Wadada is held accountable and called on Governor Abdullahi Sule to maintain a level playing field for all aspirants.

They criticized the use of undemocratic tactics that could undermine the democratic process and urged party members to choose their candidates through direct primaries rather than authoritarian means.
