Nasarawa Judiciary Announces Annual Vacation Dates

The Nasarawa State judiciary has announced that its annual vacation will begin on July 20, 2026, and will last until September 7, 2026. This information was conveyed in a statement issued on Monday by the Director of Information Protocol at the Nasarawa State High Court, Justice Agub Esther Ogidi.

During this vacation period, normal court proceedings are expected to resume afterward, ensuring uninterrupted access to justice. To manage urgent and time-sensitive matters, two vacation judges have been appointed: Justice Hafsat Sanda, who will sit at the High Court in Lafia, and Justice Ishaku Usman, who will preside at the High Court II in Mararaba Gurku.

The Chief Judge of Nasarawa State, Justice Aisha Moham Usman, extended goodwill wishes to the judiciary members for the annual vacation.
