Kogi High Court Judges' Annual Vacation Starts July 20, 2026

The Kogi State High Court judges are set to begin their annual vacation on July 20, 2026, according to an official order issued by Chief Judge Hon. Justice Josiah Majebi.

This order follows Rule 10, Rule 4(2) of the Kogi State High Court Civil Procedure Rule 2025. During the vacation period, which is scheduled to end on September 18, 2026, Hon.

Justice Hawa Yusuf will remain in Lokoja, the state capital, to attend to urgent criminal matters and civil motions that may arise. Normal court sessions are expected to resume on Monday, September 21, 2026, following the vacation.
