Nasarawa Senator Wadada Quits SDP Days After Meeting Tinubu

Nasarawa Senator Ahmed Wadada has announced his resignation from the Social Democratic Party (SDP) just days after meeting with President Bola Tinubu. Wadada, who represents Nasarawa West, stated that the SDP does not match Tinubu's performance in office and will be joining the African Democratic Congress (ADC) platform.

In a letter to the party chairman of Tudun Kofa ward in Keffi LGA, Nasarawa State, Wadada expressed his decision to resign effective immediately due to the internal crisis within the SDP. He acknowledged the opportunities and experiences he had with the SDP but felt compelled to explore new political platforms.

Wadada has not disclosed which political platform he will be joining next.
