APC Group Secures Nomination for Yilwatda's Re-election

A support group within the All Progressives Congress (APC) has purchased a nomination form worth N10 million for Prof. Nentaw Yilwatda's re-election as the party's national chairman.

This decision was announced by Dr. Domin Alancha, the director general of the group, during a press briefing at the APC secretariat in Abuja.

The group advocates for continued stability within the party's leadership structure and believes that Yilwatda is capable of leading the party towards future electoral victories. The APC's national convention is scheduled for March 27-28, 2026.

Alancha commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's leadership and emphasized the importance of maintaining a balanced and inclusive approach within the party. He also addressed concerns regarding the allocation of positions, stating that the party has made it clear that certain regions will retain specific roles, ensuring internal democracy and respect for party discipline.

The group reassured that the nomination process remains open and transparent.
