Native Doctor Arrested for Fraud in Mali AFCON Scam

A native doctor in Mali, Mr. Sinayogo, was arrested for fraud after promising Mali's AFCON victory for €33,500.

The incident occurred following Mali's elimination from the tournament. Sinayogo, a self-proclaimed traditional healer, had collected money from supporters but failed to deliver on his promise.

The arrest was made by the cybercrime division, and the case is under investigation by CAF. Sinayogo, previously a political activist, gained fame as a social media content creator before his arrest.
