Nigerian Navy Seizes 80,000 Litres of Stolen Crude Oil

Personnel of the Nigerian Navy Ship Delta, in a joint operation with the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), arrested three suspected drug traffickers and recovered around 80,000 litres of suspected stolen crude oil. Commodore Shehu Tasiu, Commander of NNS Delta, stated that the operation reflects the Navy's commitment to combatting maritime and coastal insecurity, emphasizing that criminal activities in the region will be addressed professionally under the leadership of Vice Admiral Idi Abbas, Chief of the Naval Staff.
