Chief Justice Ekun Launches Nigeria's First Law Firm Directory

Chief Justice Kudirat Keker Ekun launched Nigeria's first official national law firm directory during the 2026 annual conference of the Nigerian Bar Association's Section on Legal Practice, held at the National Theatre in Iganmu, Lagos. This initiative is seen as a significant step toward improving the visibility and credibility of legal practitioners in Nigeria.

During her address, she cautioned lawyers against treating legal practice as a profit-driven enterprise and emphasized the importance of maintaining ethical standards within the profession.
