NBA-SBL to Host 20th Conference on Policy Impact

The Nigerian Bar Association Section on Business Law (NBA-SBL) is set to host its 20th Annual International Business Law Conference from June 8-10, 2026, in Abuja. The theme for this year’s conference is "Beyond Reform: Measuring Policy Impact," marking a significant milestone in the organization’s commitment to shaping Nigeria's commercial regulatory landscape over two decades.

The conference aims to evaluate the effects of reforms and chart a path toward measurable outcomes. Ozofu Latund Ogiemudia, the chair of the conference planning committee, emphasized the need for a shift in discussions towards the real impact of legal reforms on business growth and economic development.

The event will feature keynote sessions, expert panels, and case-driven conversations designed to provide practical insights. Early bird registration is currently open and will close on May 15, 2026, with participants encouraged to register through the official conference portal.
