NCAA Bars Unruly Passengers from Flying

The Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) has directed domestic airlines to ground flights whenever unruly passengers are on board. The directive, issued by NCAA's Director General, Captain Chris Najumo, aims to address the increasing incidents of passengers harassing cabin crew, leading to negative publicity.

Najumo emphasized the need for pilots to ensure unruly passengers are either removed or resolved before flights depart. The NCAA highlighted the responsibility of passengers to behave appropriately and respect cabin crew, warning that incidents could escalate if not controlled.

The authority stressed the importance of maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all passengers and crew members.
