NCR Nigeria PLC Board Meeting Set for Q3 2026 Results

NCR (Nigeria) PLC has notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited of a board meeting scheduled for 21 October 2026 to consider its Unaudited Financial Statements for the third quarter ended 30 September 2026. The filing also announces the commencement of a closed period for trading in the company's shares.
NCR (Nigeria) PLC has filed a Board Meeting notice with the Nigerian Exchange Limited, dated 8 October 2026, disclosing that its Board of Directors will convene on Wednesday, 21 October 2026, at 3:00 pm. The meeting will be held at St Nicholas House, 10th Floor, Catholic Mission Street, Lagos, and will also be accessible via Zoom.
The primary agenda item is the consideration of the company's Unaudited Financial Statements for the third quarter ended 30 September 2026 (2026 Q3 UFS).
In line with the Nigerian Exchange Limited's post-listing requirements, NCR (Nigeria) PLC declared a closed period for trading in its shares, effective from 30 September 2026. The closed period will remain in force until 24 hours after the 2026 Q3 UFS is released to the market. During this period, no insider is permitted to deal directly or indirectly in the securities of NCR (Nigeria) PLC.
The notice was issued by Alsec Nominees Limited, the company's secretary, by order of the board. The board comprises Mr. Mathew Adefila as Chairman, Mr. Abdulqudus Ashimi as Country Manager, and four non-executive directors.
