NDE Launches Second Phase of Renewed Hope Employment Initiative to Empower 40,000 Nigerians

The National Directorate of Employment (NDE) has initiated the second phase of the Renewed Hope Employment Initiative aimed at empowering 40,000 Nigerians by reducing unemployment and providing practical skills for self-reliance. The program, announced by NDE Director-General Sila Ali Agara at the Lagos International Trade Fair, targets unemployed and unskilled individuals across the country.

It covers various areas including agriculture, ICT, digital marketing, tailoring, carpentry, and vocational fields. The initiative aligns with the government's efforts to create jobs, reduce poverty, and promote self-sufficiency.

Agara commended President Bola Tinubu's administration for prioritizing youth empowerment.
