NECA and UNDP Launch Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme to Boost Employability

The Nigeria Employers' Consultative Association (NECA) collaborates with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) on the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme (NJFP) 2.0 to address youth unemployment. The program, launched by Vice President Kashim Shettima in Abuja, offers 12-month paid work placements to young graduates in various sectors.

NECA will play a key role in connecting employers with the fellows, providing mentorship, and organizing job fairs. The initiative aims to bridge the gap between education and industry, ensuring the relevance of young graduates in Nigeria's evolving workforce.
