FOLA and Davido Collaborate on New Afrobeats Track

FOLA and Davido have collaborated on a late-night Afrobeats record that explores themes of vulnerability and romantic loyalty. FOLA's smooth delivery is a highlight, and the song could stand alone without Davido's contribution.

Other notable releases include Phyno's warm and accessible track, which targets a specific audience, and Vector's conscious hip-hop record that emphasizes emotional depth over bravado. Oxlade features on a track that is average but includes a standout verse.

Additionally, Minz and Qing Madi's collaboration showcases a successful contrast between Afro-pop and R&B styles, maintaining a consistent mood throughout. The week's music offerings reflect a trend toward emotional and mood-driven records, with various artists experimenting within the Afrobeats and hip-hop genres.
