NGF and HiiL Partner to Advance People-Centered Justice Reform in Nigeria

The Nigeria Governor Forum (NGF) and the Hague Institute for Innovation of Law (HiiL) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to advance people-centered justice reform in Nigeria. The MoU aims to provide state governments with tools, training, and innovative methods to ensure equal access to justice for citizens.

Jude Udo Ilo, the Chief Executive Officer of HiiL, highlighted the long-term commitment to justice reform in Nigeria through this five-year initiative. The agreement focuses on promoting a justice system that is centered on the needs of the people, ensuring accessibility and trust in the legal system.
