NGO Disburses N55 Million to Support Vulnerable Children

An NGO has announced the disbursement of N55 million to five charitable organizations supporting orphans and children with disabilities across Nigeria. This funding follows the Green Worship 8 benefit concert, which raised funds for the Marvel Foundation, Super Parent Foundation, Hope Orphanage, and Learn Disabl Society Nigeria.

Each organization will receive N11 million to provide essential support, including infrastructure, specialized equipment, therapy services, and educational resources. This year's total disbursement of N55 million represents a 49.66% increase from last year's N36.75 million, highlighting nearly 50% growth year-on-year.

Wale Adenuga, a managing trustee of Concert Chang, emphasized the importance of transparency and the impact of donor contributions. The initiative, formerly known as Worship Chang, has raised N200 million since its inception, benefiting 49 charities and positively impacting thousands of vulnerable children across Nigeria.
