Nigerian Exchange Group Plc (NGXGROUP) has announced an interim dividend of ₦1.30 (One Naira, Thirty Kobo) per ordinary share of 50 kobo each, in respect of the period ended 30 June 2026. The dividend is subject to appropriate withholding tax.

The Register of Members will be closed on 30 July 2026, with a qualification date of 29 July 2026. Only shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business on 29 July 2026 will be eligible to receive the dividend. Payment is scheduled for 5 August 2026.

The company has advised shareholders who have not yet completed e-dividend registration to download the E-Dividend Mandate Activation Form from the registrar's portal at the Cognito Forms link provided, or to submit the form directly to the Registrar or their respective banks.

Shareholders with unclaimed dividend warrants or share certificates yet to be presented for payment or returned for validation are also advised to complete the e-dividend registration or contact DataMax Registrars Limited, located at 2c Gbagada Expressway, Gbagada, Lagos.
