Niger State Speaker Commends Security Agencies for Dislodging Bandits and Rescuing Victims

The Speaker of Niger State, Rt. Hon.

Abdulmalik Sarkin Daji, has praised the Nigerian Army, Department of State Services (DSS), and other security agencies for their successful operations against bandits in the state. He highlighted the bravery and commitment of security personnel, resulting in the death of several bandits and the arrest of others.

The Speaker's commendation, conveyed through a statement issued by the Director of Media and Public Relations, Mairo Adamu Mani, acknowledged the efforts of security agencies in restoring confidence among residents who have lived in fear for a long time. Sarkin Daji specifically lauded the tireless efforts of security agencies, especially the special forces and DSS operatives, for their sacrifices in protecting lives and property across Niger State.

He assured the security agencies of unwavering support and cooperation from the state government, promising to provide necessary assistance to strengthen security operations in the region.
