Nigeria and Liberia to Boost Economic Ties in Lagos Forum

Nigeria and Liberia are preparing to strengthen their economic ties at the Liberia Nigeria Trade Invest Forum, which will be held in Lagos. The forum's theme is "Build Bridges, Share Prosperity," and it is designed to enhance bilateral economic relations by bringing together government officials, investors, and private sector leaders.

The initiative aims to explore new opportunities for trade and investment, aligning with the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) goals. Dapo Akinosun, the Honorary Consul of Liberia in Nigeria, emphasized that the forum will serve as a strategic platform to build lasting partnerships and unlock investments.

It will facilitate knowledge exchange and accelerate economic transformation in both nations. The forum is expected to create tangible economic value and encourage cross-border investments, contributing to the shared economic aspirations of Liberia and Nigeria.
