Nigeria Oil & Gas Outlook Conference Set for August 27

Eventhive is organizing the sixth Nigeria Oil & Gas Outlook (NOGO) conference on August 27 at the Civic Centre in Lagos, aimed at evaluating the performance and impact of reforms in Nigeria's oil and gas sector. The theme of the conference is ‘Promise to Performance: Nigeria’s Oil & Gas Inflection Point.’ Stakeholders, including government officials, indigenous energy operators, international investors, and service providers, will address critical issues such as indigenous production capacity, infrastructure and governance gaps, and the $60 billion Gas Master Plan.

Jamiu Ijaodola, CEO of Eventhive, stated that the forum seeks to shift the focus from policy announcements to measurable results. Confirmed speakers include industry leaders such as Olajumoke Cecilia Ajayi, Nzan Ogbe, and Pade Durotoye, among others.

The discussions will also cover the emerging downstream economy around domestic refining and offshore exploration amidst global environmental, social, and governance expectations.
