Nigerian Breweries Achieves Full Integration of Distell Nigeria, Expands Brand Portfolio

Nigerian Breweries has successfully completed the 100% integration of Distell Nigeria, marking a significant milestone in its operations. The Corporate Affairs Director of Nigerian Breweries, Mr.

Uzodinma Odenigbo, announced the completion of the integration, revealing the commencement of manufacturing Distell wine and spirit brands at its Ibadan brewery. This move aligns with Nigerian Breweries' goal to expand beyond beer and become a total beverage company.

The integration includes the installation of state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities at the Ibadan brewery to produce Distell wine and spirit brands.
