Nigerian Footballer Alad Balogun Nears Move to Shooting Stars in NPFL

Nigerian footballer Alad Balogun is on the verge of transferring from Ikorodu City to Shooting Stars in the Nigeria Premier Football League. Balogun, who featured for Ikorodu City during the first stanza of the season, is reported to have accepted personal terms with Shooting Stars.

He is set to reunite with coach Nurudeen Aweroro, who joined Shooting Stars at the start of the 2025/26 NPFL season. Balogun has previously played for the nine-time NPFL champions, Enyimba.
