Adamawa Governor Approves Sale of 1,000 Housing Units to Civil Servants

Governor Ahmadu Umaru of Adamawa State in Nigeria has approved the sale of 1,000 housing units to civil servants in the State Housing Estate Malkohi, Yola. The housing project, which had been abandoned for years due to economic challenges, was revived under Governor Fintiri's administration to address the housing needs of civil servants.

The Commissioner of Housing and Urban Development, Hon Abdullahi Adamu Prambe, announced the approval of the housing units at a press briefing, revealing the pricing details and additional facilities to be included in the estate. The move is seen as a significant breakthrough in providing affordable housing solutions to government workers in the state.
