Tinubu Hosts Outgoing ECOWAS President Dr. Touray

On [exact date not provided], President Bola Ahmed Tinubu met with Dr. Omar Alieu Touray, the outgoing President of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) Commission, at the State House in Abuja.

This visit marked the conclusion of Dr. Touray's four-year tenure, which began on July 3, 2022, after his unanimous nomination by the Government of The Gambia and subsequent endorsement by the ECOWAS Authority of Heads of State and Government for the 2022–2026 term.
