Rivers State Prepares for Governor's Return Amid Allegations of Resource Manipulation and School Fee Hikes

Rivers State is set to welcome back Governor Siminalayi Fubara on September 18 after an emergency rule period with Vice Admiral Ibok Ete Ibas retd as the sole administrator. The opposition party is calling for an investigation into Ibas' tenure, especially regarding the management of state resources.
