Oshoala Shines with Brace in Al Hilal's 5-0 Victory

In a commanding performance, Nigerian forward Asisat Oshoala scored two goals and provided an assist as Al Hilal women’s team secured a 5-0 victory over Eastern Flames in their final league match of the season. Oshoala, a six-time African Women’s Player of the Year, showcased her skills by opening the scoring just two minutes into the second half, setting the tone for the dominant display.

She quickly added a second goal within five minutes, extending the lead to 3-0 by the hour mark. In the 73rd minute, Oshoala turned provider, assisting teammate Kheira Hamraoui for the fourth goal.

She completed her brace with a clinical finish seven minutes later, sealing the comprehensive victory. This result allowed Al Hilal to finish fifth in the league table with 23 points from 14 matches, while Eastern Flames ended the season at the bottom with just three points.

Attention now shifts to the Saff Women’s Cup, where Al Hilal will face Al Qadsiah Women in the semi-final, with the first leg scheduled for April 30 and the return fixture on May 7.
