Nike and Educational Basketball Revive Rowe Park

Educational Basketball, a British-Nigerian organization founded by brothers Oluwatobilaiyemi (Olutobi) and Iseoluwapolaiyemi (Iseolupo) Adepitan, is set to revive Rowe Park, a historic basketball venue in Lagos, through a new tournament. Rowe Park has a rich history as a hub for grassroots basketball in Nigeria, producing numerous talents.

The Adepitan brothers, who trained at John Lucas Enterprises in Houston, Texas, aim to restore Rowe Park's status as a premier basketball destination in Africa. Their mission extends beyond organizing tournaments; they seek to provide young Nigerian players with opportunities to gain visibility and attract scouts, coaches, and recruiters from around the world.

The founders expressed confidence that the event could serve as a launchpad for players aspiring to earn scholarships abroad, emphasizing that their existing network is already helping to make this dream a reality.
