NLNG Inducts 103 Trainees for Sustainable Community Development

The Nigeria Liquefied Natural Gas (NLNG) has reaffirmed its commitment to sustainable community development by inducting a new cohort of 103 trainees into its Vibe program during a ceremony held in Port Harcourt. Sophia Horsfal, who manages external relations for NLNG, emphasized the program's goal of building capacity and providing access to innovative support for enterprise development opportunities.

The initiative aims to strengthen local economies across host pipeline communities. Yemi Adeyemi, who manages community relations and sustainable development, noted that this milestone reflects NLNG's long-standing commitment to empowering youth and fostering innovative enterprise development.

The Vibe program has shown progress, with previous graduates expanding their businesses and moving beyond initial planning stages.
