Adolphus Wabara Criticizes Nnamdi Kanu's Sentencing Disparity

Former Senate President Adolphus Wabara has criticized the life imprisonment sentence handed down to Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), by the Federal High Court in Abuja. Wabara expressed shock at the disparity in sentencing, noting that Kanu, a non-violent activist, received a harsher punishment compared to Boko Haram leaders.

Kanu, considered a freedom fighter advocating against injustice towards the Igbo people, plans to appeal the judgment in the Supreme Court for a more favorable outcome.
