Nnamdi Kanu's Brother Accuses Court of Withholding Warrant for Transport to Abuja

Emmanuel Kanu, the brother of IPOB leader Nnamdi Kanu, has accused the Abuja Federal High Court of withholding a warrant to transport Nnamdi Kanu from Sokoto Prison to Abuja for an appeal hearing. Emmanuel provided a copy of the summon issued by the court directing Nnamdi Kanu to appear on November 28, 2025.

The appeal is part of the legal proceedings filed by Nnamdi Kanu. Ojonugwa Thomas, the Principal Registrar, signed the summon.

The court is being criticized for allegedly delaying the transportation of Nnamdi Kanu for the appeal.
