NNL Awards Top Performers for January and February 2026

The Nigeria Nation League (NNL) announced the winners of its monthly awards for December 2025, January, and February 2026. Ajibola Joel of Stormer SC emerged as the highest goal scorer for December 2025, while Emmanuel S.

Daniel of Ranchers Bees FC received the best goalkeeper award. Paul Offor, head coach of Akwa United FC, was named the best coach for December 2025 and continued his impressive run by winning the same award for January 2026.

Kada Warriors FC was recognized as the best-behaved team for December 2025. The Most Valuable Player (MVP) award for January went to Yaro Zakari of Yobe Desert Stars FC, and Daniel Gothom of Akwa United FC scored the goal of the month.

Akporogen Ajigey was named the best referee for January 2026. In February 2026, Toni Ayang of Rover FC finished as the highest goal scorer, while Alo Chukwu Pascal of Abakaliki FC was awarded best goalkeeper.

Paul Offor again won the best coach award, and Lobi Stars FC was named the best-behaved team for February. The MVP award for February went to Obisesan Sodiq of Osun United FC, and Jaffar Ojo of Smart City FC received the goal of the month award.

The awards ceremony is scheduled for Monday, March 30, 2026.
