NNPC Slashes Petrol Prices by N175, Competes With Dangote in 2025

The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) has cut petrol prices by N175, aligning with Dangote's reduction. This price adjustment, marking the third decrease in a week, brings the pump price to N785 per liter.

NNPC's move aims to stay competitive with Dangote, whose ex-depot rate dropped by N200.50 per liter. The price cuts benefit consumers, especially during the festive season, reducing travel expenses.
