NNPCL and Dangote Group Renew Strategic Energy Partnership

Bashir Bayo Ojulari, the Group Chief Executive Officer of NNPCL, led a delegation to Dangote Refinery's petrochemical complex in Ibeju Lekki, Lagos State, where high-level discussions culminated in a renewed commitment to strategic collaboration. The partnership aims to strengthen the operational and commercial relationship between NNPCL and Dangote Refinery, reaffirming a shared vision for Nigeria's energy future.

Ojulari commended Alhaji Aliko Dangote for his vision in delivering a 650,000 barrel per day refinery project, positioning Nigeria as a major downstream hub in Africa. The strategic alliance is expected to unlock synergies across assets and capital markets, enhancing visibility for both companies.

NNPCL currently holds a 7.25% stake in Dangote Refinery, which aligns with its downstream growth objectives and commitment to increasing domestic refining capacity.
