Fubara Declines Comment After APC Screening in Abuja

Siminalayi Fubara, the Governor of Rivers State, attended the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship screening committee session held in Abuja on an unspecified date. After the screening, Fubara was approached by journalists for comments but chose to respond with a brief remark of "no comment." He arrived earlier at the Plateau State Governor's Lodge in Asokoro, Abuja, for the screening process.

Fubara is seeking re-election ahead of the 2027 general elections. The APC governorship screening committee is chaired by Professor Nentaw Goshw Yilwatda.
