Fubara and Amaewhule Screened by APC for 2027 Elections

Siminalayi Fubara, the Governor of Rivers State, arrived at the Plateau State Government House in Asokoro, Abuja, to participate in the screening process conducted by the All Progressives Congress (APC) ahead of the 2027 elections. Fubara is seeking re-election and appeared before the APC governorship screening committee, which is chaired by the APC National Chairman, Professor Nentaw Goshw Yilwatda.

Alongside him, Martin Amaewhule, the Speaker of the Rivers State House of Assembly, also appeared before the APC House of Representatives screening committee. This screening is a crucial step in the electoral process as the APC prepares for the upcoming governorship elections in 2027.
