Edo APC Ready to Deliver 3.5 Million Votes for Tinubu

Tenebe, the chairman of the Edo State chapter of the APC, has expressed confidence that the party will mobilize 3.5 million votes for Bola Tinubu in the upcoming 2027 presidential election. In a recent interview, he dismissed reports of a rift with former Edo State Governor Oshiomhole, asserting that the party remains united and firmly behind Governor Mondai Okpebholo.

Tenebe explained that any disagreements with Oshiomhole arose during party primaries regarding adherence to due process, not personal conflicts. He emphasized that the APC is focused on improving security and economic conditions in Nigeria, acknowledging the challenges faced by citizens.

Tenebe also mentioned that the party has already concluded consultations and received endorsements for the upcoming congress in Edo State, aiming for a smooth process. He rejected claims of internal divisions and stressed the party's determination to enhance its performance compared to previous elections.
