NOA Issues New Guidelines for Nigerian National Anthem Recital

The National Orientation Agency (NOA) in Nigeria has released fresh guidelines for the recital of the national anthem. The guidelines include instructions on when and how to sing the anthem, with specific emphasis on public functions and special national occasions.

The agency also highlighted the reintroduction of the original lyrics of the anthem, replacing the version introduced in 1978. President Bola Tinubu signed the bill into law, emphasizing the importance of restoring the anthem's original lyrics as a service to the nation.
